  • What made you want to become a teacher?

“In seventh grade, I realized that I could help and teach others. I was able to put joy on their faces. I enjoyed doing this for other people, and this made me want to become a teacher.”

  • Where do you see yourself in five years?

“I see myself teaching and coaching.”

“Three adjectives that describe my teaching style would be passionate, responsive, and grateful.”

  • What was your favorite/ least favorite subject growing up?

“My favorite subject growing up was physical education, science, and English. My least favorite subject growing up was math; I really struggled a lot with it until the age of 19.”

  • How do you handle stress?

“I exercise every morning. This helps me organize my thoughts and prepare myself for a day’s stress.”
